How does it work?

We will establish with you a complete commercial file on your boat, inventories, photos, plans and will define together a selling price which will take into account the market, the state of your boat, and its flag or its tax situation.
Before selling your boat, we will define a mode of collaboration and will sign together a sale mandate:

Non Exlusive Listing agreement.

Broadcasting and promotion of your boat on all our showcase and internet media.
Commercial follow-up of prospects and negotiation
Setting up of commercial documents between the buyer and the seller
Drafting of all documents related to the sale, signature by the parties and follow-up until the final payment.

Cost : 6 to 10 % of the sale amount depending on the type of boat.

However, you agree not to offer the boat for sale at a different price and not to publish the boat on for sale by owners websites unless we expressly agree. (special condition)

Exclusive Listing Agreement

Diffusion of your boat on all our supports and internet including associated brokers all over the world.
Commercial follow-up of prospects and negotiation
Setting up of commercial documents between the the buyer and the seller
Drafting of all documents related to the sale, signature by the parties and follow-up until the final payment.

Cost: 5 to 10 % of the sale amount, depending on the type of boat.

You are engaged exclusively with us, however if you yourself have a buyer we will handle the sale for you for a reduced commission.

FSBO Listing Agreement

Broadcasting and promotion of your boat on all our showcase and internet media.
Your boat is listed under “For Sale By Owner” status the potential buyers will be directly in contact with you and you will ensure yourself commercial follow-up and negotiation.
Drafting of all documents related to the sale, signature by the parties and follow-up until the final payment.

Cost: 1.5 to 3 % of the sale amount before tax, depending on the type of sale.
