NOTE
• The heat exchanger my need replacement soon
• Saildrive the main seal may need to be replace due to boat age
• AC needs to get a contact fixed. The board that has the contact needs to be replaced is about 200 USD.
• The kitchen stove is working perfectly but it looks old
• When lowering the transom it needs a little manual help at the start but works perfectly
• The wind vane on top of the mast for visual aid is missing but instruments work 100%
• Additional MAIN sail is in poor conditions but it could be used in an emergency
