Word from the broker

A true Caribbean gem!

Owned by just two owners since she was launched, MASCOT is an authentic Caribbean wooden boat, built in Petite Martinique, at the heart of one of the Grenadines’ great maritime traditions.

With her generous workspace and functional layout, she is well suited to a wide range of projects: inter-island transport, supply runs, fishing-related activities, or conversion into a liveaboard vessel or floating home.

She will appeal equally to a professional looking for a genuine working boat and to a private individual wishing to create an unusual living space in the Caribbean.

The traditional wooden boat-building craft of Carriacou and Petite Martinique was inscribed by UNESCO in 2023 on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

A rare example of Caribbean maritime heritage, MASCOT can be preserved in her original spirit or reimagined according to your wishes.
