The job
Let's be honest. Some will promise you multi-million yacht sales from day one. That's not what we say.
What we offer is rarer: making a living from your passion. Half of the job happens aboard, the other half in front of a computer: viewing boats, advising owners and buyers who share your love of the sea, following up your clients and listings, and selling sailboats, catamarans and motor boats.
You
- love boats and have real sailing experience;
- speak at least two languages (French and English);
- enjoy selling and negotiating (experience, even outside boating, is a real plus);
- have a broad general culture, people skills, and keep your word;
- can work independently, with rigour.
We bring
- over 20 years of brokerage in the French Caribbean and buyers from all over the world;
- leads that come from the agency: website, major international portals, client database;
- a complete CRM, ready-to-sign contracts, e-signature;
- over 30 years of know-how passed on: we train you and support you, from the first viewing to the signing.
Never sold a boat? That's not a problem. We are looking for sailors first: curious and reliable. We will teach you the trade.

Independent status preferred (other arrangements can be discussed depending on your profile), commission-based, with tiers that reward those who sell more. We discuss it in detail during the interview.
