A word from the owner
Before buying this Isla 40, we had sailed on numerous boats, both monohulls and catamarans.
It was after chartering a Lucia 40 and then an Isla 40 that we were convinced we’d made the right choice. We have never regretted it.
The Isla 40 is the perfect boat for exploring the Caribbean as a couple or with a small family. It offers a high level of comfort, plenty of storage space (in the owner’s version), very respectable performance thanks to its modest weight, good reliability, and maintenance that remains very straightforward.
All manoeuvres can be carried out by a single person, without ever putting themselves in danger.
Health issues forced us to cut our trip short, but thanks to this boat, we were able to enjoy an exceptional experience, shared with our children and friends.
