CONFIGURATION
 

This Three Stateroom yacht is the perfect boat for the family. Thoughtfully designed with plenty of space in both the cockpit and below decks.
The wide salon features a good sized L shaped seating area to starboard.
The Galley runs the length of the port side so the chef is always part of the gathering below.

Below decks the interior spacious and clean with upholstery in good shape. Three staterooms and three heads make this yacht a great choice for the cruising family and its guests.

The Océanis 43 is an unequivocal invitation to delight in her design, comfort and performance. The hull and deck plan are the work of the Berret Racoupeau design office.
Their designs have led to the creation of an aesthetically powerful and attractive yacht with remarkable sea keeping qualities.

ENGINE(S)

Engine – Yanmar 54 Hp Model 4JH5E
Engine – serviced annually last time February 2022 – every time: oil change, filters replaced for oil and diesel
Engine impeller – new replaced February 2022
2150 Hr in charter and 275 Hr when used as live on-board by the owner
Very low rent during the charter program – less than 40 times during the entire program.
The interior looks very good and was maintained in a very good condition.

DECK

This three cabin Beneteau 43.3 is well designed for island cruising. Well maintained and in great shape, carefully cared by one owner

The large cockpit is protected by a full beam Bimini Top and the twin helms help to create the ideal outdoor living space when out on the water sailing or at anchor.
Access from the walk out steps to the transom makes getting on and off the boat a breeze too.
New Bimini and Dodger – made and installed in March 2022

On both sides large shades made from mesh for greater protection from the elements and for privacy;

SAILS AND RIGGING
 

Main sail – inspected and restitched all over and new slides for mast installed – January 2020
Genoa/Jib – inspected and restitched all over January 2020
March 2022 – was serviced/inspected for furling condition – good.

MAINTENANCE
 

Main sail – inspected and restitched all over and new slides for mast installed – January 2020
Genoa/Jib – inspected and restitched all over January 2020 – now was serviced/inspected for furling condition – good.
Engine – serviced annually last time February 2022 – every time: oil change, filters replaced for oil and diesel
Engine impeller – new replaced February 2022
New engine battery – installed February 2022
New fresh water pump installed March 2022 – 3 GPM – Jabsco Par-Max
Heads – all 3 were all serviced and all gaskets and seals replaced with new – March 2022.
AC is in working condition – can be used only on shore power (no generator on board). Very seldom used during my live-onboard time, not many stops in marinas.
2 House batteries – 2 x AGM 4G – 210 Amp/Hr. – inspected with results available – February 2022 – condition Good.
New bimini and dodger installed – March 2022. Bimini with full length sides with see thru mesh for full enclosed deck.
Bottom done 2 coats with Sea Hawk Island 44 (top of the line) November 2019.
One more coat is done at this time – just to make it more appealing – Sea Hawk 1 coat – March 2022
Solar panels 5 x 100 w installed 2017, produced 750 kw from start to present
Wind generator 1 x 400 w, installed 2017, produced 41 kw from start to present.
Zodiac dinghy purchased in 2017 in very good condition, with Mercury outboard 9.9 Hp (4 stroke).
