This powercat is one of the eight Awesomes built in New Zealand. This boat is for sale “as-is where-is” and requires a big attention due to a termites issue which affects the whole boat. A survey must be conducted to ensure seaworthiness of the vessel

Descriptions of the boat

Configuration

Entrance to the main salon is aft through the cockpit.
The layout features a roomy galley area to port and a lounging area to starboard. Expansive windows originally all around have been modified. The wrap-around couch seats five adults comfortably.

A navigation station completes the main salon with stairs down port and starboard.
The galley area is “up” in the salon, located to port of the salon entrance.
The yacht has a total sleeping accommodations for 8.

Amidships in the STARBOARD HULL is the owner’s cabin, it features a walk around queen-sized bed with storage, hanging closet, head and bathroom. Starboard aft is a guest cabin with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
The PORT HULL houses a Guest Stateroom aft which features 2 single beds and a bathroom. Forward of the Guest Stateroom is a roomy storage/workshop, and a stall shower. An opening hatch provides both ventilation and natural light.

Forward of the workshop in the PORT HULL is a small stateroom which can serve as separate crew quarters, and a bathroom.

Galley and equipments

U shape with double sinks and a fridge, she has been emptied by the current owner
